Shipping Timelines
Standard Dispatch
All orders leave our tackle workshop within two business days. We pack every rod, reel, and tackle box in rigid tubes and reinforced cartons to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking Your Rig
Once your new gear is packed and handed to the carrier, a dispatch notice will be sent to you. You can monitor the package step-by-step until it reaches your local dock or doorstep.
Care in Packaging
Fishing blanks are fragile before they are rigged. We use high-grade padding and secure end-caps on all rod shipments to ensure they arrive ready for your next field trip.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand by the durability of our gear. If the weight is wrong, the grip doesn't fit your hand, or the lure size was misjudged, you can send it back to us.
Simple Processing
Pack the items securely. Include your original dispatch note in the box so we can identify your tackle quickly and issue your refund or exchange without delay.
Return Destination
Ship all returning items directly to our central facility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for high-value reels and custom rods.

Check Your Rig
When your new equipment arrives, assemble it in a clean, dry space. Verify line capacity on reels and check rod guides for perfect alignment before taking them out onto the water.
